James Holt and Michael Brannan have a combined 40+ years of real estate development experience in commercial, industrial, multifamily and single family development.

Current development projects include historic redevelopments such as the 125,000 sf Murphy Calendar building in Red Oak, Iowa and the 26th and Farnam block in Omaha, NE. Other stabilized properties include the 150,000 sf Applied Underwriters campus which is situated on 9.5 prime acres in Omaha’s Old Mill/Regency submarket.

The company is further focused on value add redevelopments such as the coming 18 unit office to multifamily conversion at 6969 Grover near Omaha’s University of Nebraska - Omaha campus.

A recent deal with EOLIAN ENERGY has increased the duo’s focus on green energy projects with much more to come there.
